We endure any condition, observe every detail, and are building a community that believes in living bravely and coming together to support game-changing people.<br><br>Here, opportunities are everywhere - to try something new, to learn, to do meaningful and impactful work, and they're yours for the taking.<br><br><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong><strong>What You’ll Do:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your store’s results.</li><li>Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.</li><li>Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.</li><li>Assist in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and selling metrics—such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction through the introduction of new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers.</li><li>Support the overall store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently replenished to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership</li><li>Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards while following all other standard operating procedures with excellence.</li><li>Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Let’s Talk About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.</li><li>Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations</li><li>Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with the awareness of seeking guidance when needed.</li><li>Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.</li><li>Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.</li><li>Multilingual skills are is a plus<br><br></li></ul><strong>What’s in it For You?<br><br></strong><ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of CG Gives.
