Press Operative - Aerospace Manufacturing

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team, supporting the production of high-quality aerospace components? We're looking for experienced Press Operatives to join our client's team, working closely with the existing team to meet customer and quality standards. In this role, you'll assist in pressing operations, helping to ensure smooth production flow and high-performance results.

Position Details

  • Salary: £14 per hour (Plus weekly shift allowance)
  • Shifts: Days and Nights rotating on a weekly basis

Key Responsibilities

  • Press Operations Support: Assist with component processing and pressing operations, ensuring all parts meet rigorous standards.
  • Furnace Loading: Aid in loading furnaces and preparing materials for production.
  • Flexible Manufacturing Support: Contribute to production needs at the press head and take on additional duties as required.
  • 5S and Process Adherence: Engage in 5S activities, follow company procedures, and adhere to EHS and PPE guidelines to maintain a safe and organised workspace.
