The Ideal Individual:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position for a Hotel or Restaurant as well as proven experience of working in a luxury environment.

You will be experienced in delivering Food Beverage service in a similar department. You will have a flair and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

The ideal individual will have the ability to motivate, inspire colleagues and engage with the team.

You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise with a positive demeanour.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring standards are maintained, complying with company and legal requirements.
  • Be fully aware of the day's operations, reporting directly to the Food Beverage Management team.
  • Communicate effectively all departments ensuring every guest receives the warmest welcome and a smooth guest journey through your contribution to delivering service of a luxury standard.
  • Co-ordinate daily front of house and back of house Restaurant operations.
  • Ensuring Restaurant presentation is of a high standard at all times, tables set ready for service and that every guest is engaged with as they enter the Restaurant or Bar areas, guaranteeing the service you deliver is part of a smooth customer journey.
  • Ensuring a presence on the floor to guests and colleagues always.
  • Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests.
