Looking for a fully remote opportunity with a values-driven not-for-profit organisation? </p><p>Robertson Bell are delighted to be supporting an excellent not-for-profit organisation in their search for a Temporary Finance Officer (Rent & Service Charge) to join their finance team on an initial three-month contract. </p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional to support a critical function within a supportive, purpose-led organisation, all while working fully remotely. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Set up and update property and resident accounts on the rental ledger system </li><li>Ensure rental income is accurately recorded across both the rent ledger and finance systems </li><li>Reconcile data between systems to maintain consistency and financial integrity </li><li>Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate resident billing </li><li>Support the team with any additional rent and service charge-related tasks as required </li> </ul><p>The Ideal Candidate Will: </p><ul><li>Have strong knowledge and understanding of rental income and service charge accounting </li><li>Bring experience working with rental ledger systems (experience with Omni is desirable but not essential) </li><li>Be proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative approach </li><li>Be available to start at short notice and ready to hit the ground running </li> </ul><p>CVs are being reviewed as and when they come in, so apply today! </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
