We are looking for a part-time contractor who will be available for ad hoc assignments. The role combines remote end-user support with on-site interventions for hardware-related issues and complex incidents that cannot be resolved remotely. Support Engineers will act as an extension of the IT team, handling escalated cases from the Service Desk, performing hands-on troubleshooting, and providing smart-hands support when needed.
