Posts are initially offered at the minimum salary point £12.60 per hour, with progression to the higher salary point, £12.96 per hour, achieved through an annual incremental pay rise.</p> <p><b>Closing Date:</b> Open Until Filled</p> <p><b>Reference:</b> NHE245825</p> <h2>Your role</h2> <p>We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people, who take pride in their work and enjoy working in fast paced Catering Environments and who have excellent customer service skills to join our team.</p> <p>Working within our busy Subway store, main duties for this role will include the preparation and service of a wide range of speciality food and drink items, understanding and adhering to all quality standards, formulas and procedures, clearing tables, using the till and general cleaning within the unit; providing excellent customer service at all times.</p> <p>As a member of our team, you will be the face of a global brand and have a positive and energetic approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have a keen eye for detail and aim to deliver exceptional operational service and standards at all times and particularly in demanding and busy service times.</p> <p>This winning attitude and ability to make delicious sandwiches quickly and efficiently will make you a key member of the team and the reason why customers keep coming back. Experience of working in a similar customer facing environment is essential for this role.</p> <p>Further details about the duties and responsibilities can be found on the attached job role profile.</p> <h2>Available positions</h2> <p>This is one permanent position which will attract 20% uplift allowance pay for any hours worked at the weekend. Hours are 30 per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged per week mainly Monday to Friday to include regular weekends working on a rotation basis between the hours of 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent fractional contract working during term time only on a 33 weeks of the year basis.
