You’ll be a product expert (after 7 weeks of training) who passes on your knowledge to customers so they can get the best out of the products they’re buying. </p><p>An average week might include: </p><p> </p><ul><li>Identifying key stakeholders </li><li>Creating business plans and approach strategies </li><li>Conducting product demos with customers </li><li>Attending orientation, education, and scrub sessions </li><li>Supporting tendering and quotation processes </li><li>Attending conferences and events </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>You’ll be working closely with your Regional Sales Manager in this role to achieve your ultimate goal – overachieving on targets and helping your region to grow. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>This role will suit you if you… </strong></p><ul><li>Have experience in medical device sales (or relevant consultative sales) </li><li>Have a degree in a medical related field </li><li>Are comfortable in theatres and operating rooms ideally </li><li>Know how to build long-lasting commercial relationships </li><li>Can speak the language of clinicians and surgeons </li><li>Are able to negotiate confidently </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>This role involves travel across the South Wales region, so you’ll also need a driving license and to be comfortable travelling to customer sites on a regular basis. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Think this could be your next role? </strong></p><p>Then we’d love to hear from you!
