The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

knowledge and experience of working with franchise models
·Previous experience in a multi-site role within Operations, having preferably worked in hospitality or retail
· Ability to utilise available data to inform decision making and drive performance
· Experience of remote leadership at scale – leading and line managing across multiple sites/spans of control
· Confident in ability to influence their team, the Wondefield Support team and our retail partners
· Demonstrable organisation skills and ability to plan for the short, mid and long term

Key Accountabilities:
This role will require travel across all sites therefore we are looking for candidates with a valid driving licence and vehicle and live within the locations advertised.

Place of Work : Field Based/Remote (Covering South Wales , Swansea, Cardiff , Newport and surrounding areas  )

To lead a Region of circa 25 franchised kiosks to deliver exceptional standards against our key business metrics consisting of People, Customer, Sales and Profit. The RM will ensure the effective development and implementation of the Regional strategic business plan, supporting the Company vision and purpose through effective execution of the Wonderfield Retail Operating Model. The region will comprise of a blend of corporately owned and franchised sites, and you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of both.
