The Role:

  • Be involved in projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with the event managers to undertake initial costing of projects for clients
  • Utilise design software like Microsoft Visio to assist the design teams in creating 2D models of venues
  • Maintain compliance with all accreditations, company policies and health and safety regulations for all projects
  • Travel across the UK for events, as and when required

  • Experience in the events planning industry
  • Experience as a project manager
  • Confident in Microsoft Visio
