This opportunity is ideal for a professional who:<br>• Thrives in Complexity: You excel at analyzing operations across plant sites and manufacturing environments to uncover financial insights that lead to real change.<br>• Influences Strategy: You go beyond reporting to shape business strategy and long-term value creation.<br>• Embodies Purpose: You are drawn to a company that lives out the Triple-Bottom-Line (Economic, Social, Spiritual) and operates by Character, Commitment, Competency, and Connection (4Cs).<br><br>At Capital III, our 4Cs define the kind of leaders and team members who thrive:<br>• Character means demonstrating unwavering integrity and stewardship in financial reporting and analysis, ensuring transparency and ethical decision-making.<br>• Commitment is shown through proactive stewardship-identifying opportunities for cost savings, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.<br>• Competency reflects the advanced technical, analytical, and strategic skillset required to create high-impact insights that guide smart decisions.<br>• Connection is about building strong relationships across teams to communicate complex financial data in a way that supports alignment and collaboration.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>In support of Electrex Inc. and Seat King LLC, this role will:<br>• Provide advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis across two complementary manufacturing organizations.<br>• Lead cost analysis and margin optimization across product lines serving OEM customers in heavy equipment and off-road industries.<br>• Support pricing strategy development and cost-to-serve analysis by customer, product, and platform.<br>• Analyze plant-level performance including labor efficiency, material usage, production output, and overhead allocation.<br>• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across both organizations, including operational and financial metrics such as throughput, inventory turnover, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).<br>• Translate operational performance into financial impact to support Business Performance Indicator (BPI) initiatives and drive Return on Investment (ROI).<br>• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders on capital investment decisions, make-versus-buy analysis, and budgeting.<br>• Develop dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to guide decision-making at the executive level.<br>• Align financial support with strategic planning, ISO9001 goals, and manufacturing excellence targets.<br><br>Required Education, Experience & Skills<br>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.<br>• 5-8+ years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing, preferably supporting OEM or complex product industries.<br>• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and standard costing.<br>• Proven ability to support multi-entity operations and manage intercompany financial activities.<br>• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syteline, NetSuite); Power BI or Tableau highly preferred.<br>• Strong communicator with the proven ability to successfully present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br>• Experience leading scenario modeling for capital investments, production scaling, and new product introductions.<br><br>Why Capital III?<br><br>At Capital III, we cultivate an environment where financial excellence and purpose-driven work go hand in hand.
