Airport Ground Facilities Supervisor (Open to Airport Department Employees Only)

Ability to work outdoors when inclement weather conditions are present.</li><li data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4" style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;">Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment, snow removal equipment and other types of hand and power equipment as required to complete tasks.</li><li data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4" style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;">Ability to tolerate airborne environmental nuisances associated with field and landscape maintenance which are compounded by windy conditions.</li><li data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4" style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;">Ability to lift equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and carry it as far as 1/8 mile. Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Kansas class A commercial driver's license (CDL).</li><li data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4" style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;">An employee shall not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.</li></ul><strong style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;" data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4">Required Experience and Training</strong><br data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4" style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;" data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4">Two (2) years of Airport Operations Area snow removal experience.</li><li style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;" data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4">Ability to obtain a valid Class A Kansas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 60 days of hire.  If you are a Canadian or Mexican citizen, you will be required to have or obtain a CDL from your home country.</li><li style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;" data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4">AAAE Basic and or Advanced Accredited Snow Academy Certificates.</li><li style="text-align: justify !important; transition: all;" data-userway-s19-styled="true" data-text-align-feature-value="4">AAAE ASOS Basic and Advanced Certificates.</li><li style="text-align: justify !important;
