HR Generalist, Related Affordable

<strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Related Affordable seeks a Human Resources Generalist who will support site-based employees throughout the East and Mid-Atlantic U.S.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Generalist will be the first point of contact for employee relations matters and performance management for approximately 200-300 property management employees including our support teams. In addition, you’ll ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. In this role, you’ll operate as a critical part of our business, helping develop and retain our greatest asset – our people. The Generalist will work in concert with the business and rest of the Human Resources team to execute and advance Related Affordable’s people strategy, supporting the company’s business priorities, while reducing employee turnover and improving productivity. Successful candidates will be passionate about supporting field-based teams.
