The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for processing, ensuring that all products are handled with care and meet quality standards. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork to maintain smooth warehouse operations.</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.</li><li>Utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage stock levels.</li><li>Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all items meet company standards before dispatch.</li><li>Handle materials with care, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used for heavy items.</li><li>Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including unloading lorries and sorting incoming goods.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.</li><li>Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.</li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in order picking or packing roles.</li><li>Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse management systems is beneficial for effective inventory control.</li><li>Experience in materials handling, including heavy lifting, is essential.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.</li></ul><p>Working pattern is Sunday to Thursday 11PM - 07:45AM.
