Job Summary

Delta Airlines is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers in our BPO division. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound/inbound calls to customers, providing information about Delta Airlines services, promotions, and products.

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with booking, cancellation, and rescheduling of flights.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to improve customer service delivery.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM software.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident in handling customer interactions.

Experience

  • No prior work experience required; however, any experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions available.

  • Flexible shifts: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (rotational shifts may apply).

  • 5-day working week (weekends may be included based on shift allocation).
