If you’re looking for a fully remote role with proper training and progression – and where your personality and performance make a real impact – this could be a perfect fit.</p><p><strong>The role in a nutshell</strong></p><p>You’ll be joining an inbound customer service and sales teams, supporting customers who need a hand with their Sky equipment. The calls are inbound – customers come to us – but you’ll still need to be confident in guiding conversations, spotting opportunities, and hitting targets. This is about representing the Sky brand in the best possible way.</p><p>Your role will involve:</p><ul> <li>Providing expert guidance to purchase Sky Protect products that best suit their needs</li> <li>Supporting Sky customers with their Sky Protect policies</li> <li>Providing advice, assistance and support to a range of Sky equipment related issues</li></ul><p>This is a busy, structured, compliance-led sales environment where empathy, communication and resilience are key.</p><p>You’ll have virtual training over 5 weeks, with coaching and ongoing support from your Team Leader and colleagues. You'll be part of a large remote workforce, split into smaller supportive teams with daily huddles and regular 121s.</p><p><strong>What experience do you need?</strong></p><p>You don’t need to come from a regulated environment, but you do need to have:</p><ul> <li>Experience working directly with customers, ideally in a phone-based or sales role</li> <li>Confidence working to targets or KPIs (call volume, conversion, etc.)</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude</li></ul><p>If you’ve worked in outbound sales, customer service or other contact centre roles, you’ll likely settle in quickly.
