The Senior Manager, Offsite & Self‑Service will play a pivotal, highly visible role in standing up a scalable self‑service platform that unlocks growth for advertisers and operational efficiency for CVS. Reporting to the Director of Offsite Product, this role is ideal for a hands‑on builder, an inspiring team leader, and a forward‑thinking innovator eager to create something new in a fast‑evolving industry. Key Responsibilities Self-Service Product Leadership Lead the strategy, planning, and end‑to‑end implementation of CMX’s first enterprise-level self‑service solution. Serve as the product owner and strategic driver, setting vision and direction while ensuring flawless execution. Design a future-forward roadmap that evolves with advertiser needs, retail media trends, and CVS business priorities. Innovative Thinking & Future Building Champion a culture of innovation within the product function—bringing fresh ideas, new capabilities, and creative problem‑solving to the table. Identify emerging technology opportunities and industry trends to keep CVS at the forefront of retail media innovation. Work with leadership to shape long-term product strategy, tech investments, and new revenue opportunities. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a product team across the full development lifecycle. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance culture grounded in curiosity, ownership, and innovation. Coach team members through complex problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and product thinking. Cross-Functional Influence Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science to ensure alignment, integration, and successful adoption. Act as the connective tissue across functions, translating strategy into action and removing roadblocks for the team. Data-Driven Optimization Monitor platform performance and govern KPI reporting including adoption, activation, revenue, retention, and campaign outcomes. Use data insights to continuously improve the product experience, inform business decisions, and recommend enhancements. Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Diagnose and resolve technical platform challenges—ensuring the self‑service experience is reliable, intuitive, and high performing. Work collaboratively with engineering and vendors to identify root causes and deploy effective solutions. Office Hybrid model with 2 onsite days/week at one of these locations: New York / Soho area, NY Wellesley, MA or Boston, MA Woonsocket, RI Blue Bell, PA Chicago, IL Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in programmatic media and self‑service DSPs 3+ years in product strategy or project management 3+ years of data analysis Experience leading or mentoring teams (formally or informally) Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of programmatic media, including measurement, optimization, and ad tech integrations Proven experience building or scaling self‑service advertising platforms Excellent communication and storytelling skills Strong cross‑functional leadership capabilities High initiative, strong ownership mindset, and a passion for building Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries a plus Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
