What You Will Achieve The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance of equipment and facilities by performing maintenance, repair, troubleshoot, loop check, calibration and testing of site-wide instrumentation, control and electrical system to achieve high equipment reliability in compliance with cGMP, EHS and regulatory requirements in a cost effective manner. Accountable for: cGMP, Data Integrity and EH&S compliance Electrical equipment reliability and performance Uninterrupted process instrumentation operation Team performance Perform maintenance activities according to procedures, good engineering practices and cGMP. Carry out Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of plant instrumentation, control and electrical system to ensure high reliability and availability. Support to develop Preventive Maintenance SOP/Procedures and tasks to maintain plant assets. Conduct trouble-shooting and locate sources of problems by observing instrument/electrical devices in operation, listening for problems, using measuring tools and testing instruments for trouble shooting. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support (IRS/QAR) investigations. Support project construction and commissioning of plant equipment and systems through active involvement in punch listing and commissioning activities; discuss equipment improvement and modifications with Supervisor/Engineers. Maintain a safe and clean working environment on areas under one’s responsibility. Complete all assigned training on-time and also prior to work execution. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs. KPI’s include: Safety incident / lost time Equipment uptime % Repeated work orders Hardware repair / replacement Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) NITEC or Diploma in Engineering related qualifications ( Preferably in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation ) Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries for Senior position Minimum 2 years for Junior position Knowledge of instrument calibration, electrical system / equipment operations and maintenance skill and knowledge with experience in working in a team performance matrix environment Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System, current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Right First Time technique Knowledge in Electrical and Instrument Maintenance Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills Proficiency in computer software applications Experience with instrumentation and automation systems in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures Effective communication and teamwork skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Experience with large-scale manufacturing computer information systems Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Ability to train and mentor less-experienced colleagues Work Location Assignment: On Premise Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
