These encompass vital platforms such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Reference Data, and Inventory Management, including expertise in SAP ERP applications and a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP. As the key steward of these critical components, the Product Manager, Technical is entrusted with ultimate accountability, responsibility, and ownership. Job Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Technical Product Manager, your responsibilities typically include  Product Strategy Developing and refining the product strategy for SAP operational and technical solutions, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.  Roadmap Planning Creating and maintaining a roadmap for the development and enhancement of SAP operational and technical products, prioritizing features and functionalities based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.  Requirements Gathering Collaborating with collaborators, including business users, IT teams, and SAP consultants, to gather and analyze requirements for operational and technical SAP solutions.  Solution Design Working closely with technical teams to design SAP solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.  Project Management Leading or participating in cross-functional project teams to implement or upgrade SAP operational and technical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.  Vendor Management Managing relationships with SAP and third-party vendors, including negotiating contracts, evaluating product offerings, and coordinating the delivery of products and services.  Change Management Facilitating change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP operational and technical solutions, including training, communication, and collaborator engagement.  Performance Monitoring Supervising the performance of SAP operational and technical solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.  Risk Management Identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP operational and technical solutions, including security risks, compliance issues, and system vulnerabilities.  Documentation and Communication Documenting product specifications, requirements, and design decisions.
