, but also rotate though our affiliated sites include our flagship hospital,

You'll Love this Role If: You value complex patient cases and providing full obstetric care You enjoy strong collaboration within a fast-pace yet highly supportive environment Have experience in inpatient settings while rounding on patients, providing prenatal and postpartum care Key Responsibilities: Manage patients referred for hypertension, diabetes, medical complications, fetal anomalies, and other complications. Conduct triage visits

, wound care, routine visits, and follow-up consultations. No labor and delivery management. Cover satellite practices in Everett and Issaquah, ensuring patient continuity, follow-up consultations, referral triage, and antenatal testing. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Ob/Gyn residency program, family practice residency, OB fellowship program, and 24/7 OB Hospitalists. Ideal Schedule with Work-Life Balance Focus Most weekends off per week,

working days only! 1 out of 5 weekend, daytime inpatient rounding and lab duties (typically half days). No patient calls on weekends

---mostly lab or rounding No night call The Ideal Candidate: Has a strong background in OB care with an interest in high-risk and critical care

. Able to work independently and collaborate without extensive support Experienced with prenatal diagnosis, interpretation of ultrasound reports, and managing complicated pregnancies is a plus. Possesses strong Communication

Qualifications Board Certification as a

WHNP or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

. We are currently not considering candidates with FNP or PNP certification. WA State Licensure

(active or in process) and Prescriptive Authority. Experience in L&D or high-risk OB required.

Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay)

: $130,000-$170,000 Other Types of Pay
