The Asset Protection (AP) team operates with a focus on high-level security, safety compliance, and analytical observation. We believe in providing our security teams with intuitive surveillance technology, a highly collaborative environment, and the tools required to operate seamlessly and discreetly on the sales floor.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Loss Prevention: Utilize advanced closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and physical floor patrols to identify, observe, and legally deter incidents of external theft or retail fraud.
  • Safety Auditing: Execute the demanding logistics of facility safety. You will frequently inspect fire exits, ensure hazardous materials are stored correctly, and address any physical tripping hazards to protect customers and staff.
  • Internal Integrity: Act as the ethical standard-bearer of the store. You will monitor operational compliance at the cash registers and receiving docks to identify and mitigate internal inventory shrinkage.
  • De-escalation & Partnership: When necessary, gracefully and professionally de-escalate tense situations on the sales floor, working closely with store management and local law enforcement in a highly compliant manner.

Qualifications and Benefits

This 100% on-site role requires exceptional situational awareness, deep emotional intelligence, and a high degree of ethical integrity. You must possess a high school diploma and the physical stamina to walk the concrete sales floor continuously. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or retail loss prevention is heavily preferred.
