Telemarketing Representative

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month (negotiable)

Location: Ibnu Sina Wellness, Lot 331, Lorong Senyum Matahari B, Country Heights, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.

  • Wed – Sun (8:00 am – 5:15 pm)
  • Mon (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Telemarketing Representative to close sales through calls and follow-up with prospects who have already been through marketing and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact qualified leads from the Appointment Setter team (inbound & outbound)
  • Present offers and close sales via phone call or WhatsApp
  • Handle objections using proven closing techniques
  • Follow up consistently until the prospect makes a decision
  • Achieve daily and monthly KPI sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in at least one:
  1. Telemarketing OR
  2. Customer Service (sales-oriented) OR
  3. Sales calls / WhatsApp sales
  • Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling
  • Target-driven and able to perform under KPI pressure
  • Strong communication skills and confident closing ability
  • Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other digital platforms) as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Preferred / Advantage
  • Experience selling health products or health services
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
  • Strong “closer mindset” (not just calling & done)
