This role is responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to help hire high-quality talent.</div><div> <br>This is a 1099 contractor position expected to work approximately 30–35 hours per week. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience while supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.<br><br> </div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake through offer stage</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities</li> <li>Source and engage technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels</li> <li>Conduct candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role alignment</li> <li>Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Present qualified candidates and interview feedback to hiring managers in a timely manner</li> <li>Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Pinpoint</li> <li>Utilize Jira to track recruiting workflows, hiring progress, task management, and recruiting coordination activities</li> <li>Support recruiting process improvements and workflow efficiencies within Pinpoint and recruiting operations</li> <li>Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress</li> <li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs</li> <li>Recruit for government contracting and federal support roles while ensuring alignment with compliance and hiring requirements</li> <li>Stay informed on recruiting trends, market conditions, and technical hiring best practices<br><br> </li> </ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul> <li>3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or technology-focused roles</li> <li>Experience supporting government contracting or federal hiring environments</li> <li>Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and passive outreach</li> <li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Pinpoint</li> <li>Experience using Jira for workflow tracking, task management, or recruiting coordination</li> <li>Ability to manage recruiting workflows, candidate tracking, and interview coordination within an ATS</li> <li>Understanding of recruiting processes related to government contracting, including compliance and documentation requirements</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Strong follow-up and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of accountability<br><br><strong>It Would Be Great If You Also Had</strong><ul> <li>Experience recruiting for software engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, or data-focused roles</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS workflow automation or recruiting operations improvements within Pinpoint</li> <li>Experience working in a startup, agency, or growth-oriented environment</li> <li>Exposure to recruiting metrics, reporting, and hiring analytics</li> <li>Experience supporting remote hiring processes</li> <li>Experience building recruiting workflows, templates, or process automations in Pinpoint</li> <li>Familiarity with security clearance recruiting or cleared candidate pipelines</li> </ul> </li> </ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Benefits</h3><div>(N/A)</div>
