Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location : Herne Hill, London (Hybrid)

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week

Weekends (Mandatory): Saturdays & Sundays, 08:30 – 17:30 (with a 1 hour break)

Weekdays : Three additional days, 08:30 – 17:30 (with a 1 hour break), to be agreed with you to offer flexibility

Example working pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

The Opportunity:


We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support the effective management of stock, suppliers, and deliveries. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our supply chain operations. You will have responsibility for coordinating daily logistics activities and working closely with internal teams and external partners. The position offers fixed weekend hours with flexibility over three weekdays.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Coordinating day-to-day logistics of stock, deliveries, and shipments to ensure goods arrive on time and in full
  • Monitoring inventory levels, reconciling stock, and maintaining accurate records in our systems
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Supporting the wider supply chain function with reporting, planning, and process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across logistics activities

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related coordination role (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners
  • Confidence using IT systems (Excel and/or ERP/WMS systems advantageous)
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
