<p>Role :- Solution Architect</p><p>Location :- New York, NY (Remote)</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Solution Architect</strong> with a strong balance of <strong>technical expertise, solution design, and client-facing presentation skills</strong>. This role involves leading delivery engineering teams, implementing automation solutions using the <strong>WorkFusion platform</strong>, and designing ML-driven business processes. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop <strong>Intelligent Automation solutions</strong> using WorkFusion (ML, RPA, scripting, workflow orchestration, API integrations).</li><li>Provide expertise in <strong>architecture, security, scalability, performance, and usability</strong>.</li><li>Research emerging technologies; build prototypes, POCs, and MVPs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for platform and algorithm enhancements.</li><li>Lead client workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.</li><li>Support business development through proposals and project scoping.</li><li>Re-engineer workflows to improve efficiency and address unstated needs.</li><li>Lead mid-size projects/programs as a <strong>hands-on technical expert</strong>, ensuring delivery pace and quality.</li><li>Provide onsite execution support during client engagements (travel as needed).</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li><strong>8+ years of professional software development experience</strong> with <strong>Java/Java frameworks</strong>.</li><li>Strong background in <strong>Agile methods, systems thinking, and technical project leadership</strong>.</li><li>Proven success in collaborative, iterative product development environments.</li><li>Experience leading engineering teams, performance evaluation, and feedback.</li><li>Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)</strong>.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of <strong>Design Patterns</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Unix/Linux systems</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in computer science or related field.</li><li>Experience with <strong>web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)</strong>.</li><li>Scripting skills in <strong>Groovy, Python</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>web services, JSON, XML</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>ML/AI principles and distributed systems</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
