As our Senior Software Developer, you’ll combine hands‑on engineering with team leadership to ship secure, high‑performing solutions across .NET (C#), Angular/React, and Azure. You’ll architect microservices, craft elegant UIs, and automate CI/CD — all while mentoring a high‑impact squad and partnering with product, design, and underwriting to turn complex needs into simple, scalable software that delights users and moves the business. Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires; however, your recruiter will provide more specific compensation details during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $143,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; our Massachusetts based offices and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $128,000 - $149,000.
