Senior Product Business Intelligence Analyst (USA Remote)

The purpose of this role is to drive access to, thoughtful analysis of and regular reporting on company data in order to create visibility into product health and performance. You will accomplish this by conducting analysis and creating data visualizations that display the most critical metrics, trends, and insights derived from our product and sales data. In this role, you will work collaboratively across functions to develop reliable, robust and self-serve reporting that ensures access to globally-consistent reporting of KPIs and against specific target metrics. You will own the requirements definition, creation and management of the usage, adoption, operational, and financial metrics necessary to monitor performance against our goals. You will also design and execute ad-hoc reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions supporting short- and long-term product strategy.In addition, you’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders to conduct gap analyses of existing data sources, investigate and remediate data quality and, in partnership with product management and engineering, craft a plan to ensure instrumentation and collection of all data necessary to enable the product organization to define, measure and quantify its goals.You’ll support the implementation of key organizational initiatives where data is integral such as Product usage and health, pricing and packaging, and portfolio strategy.Provide day-to-day support managers and team members in their use of data and BI (Business Intelligence).Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity within the BI infrastructure of regular data loads from key platforms into BI tools and visualization solutions. Works with Product, Engineering, and Sales to bring together key data sources to further enhance available BI and analytics.
