This role will focus on <strong>end-to-end supply chain execution</strong>, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment with Product, R&D, and Operations teams.</p><p>The role covers key areas including:</p><ul><li>Supply Chain & Procurement (vendor management, sourcing, PO lifecycle)</li><li>Fulfillment & Logistics (order management, shipping, distribution)</li><li>Manufacturing & Supplier Quality coordination (via partners)</li><li>Hardware Repair & Service operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong> requiring strong operational execution, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage global stakeholders and partners.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Supply Chain Execution & Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement, planning, and order fulfillment</li><li>Execute sourcing strategies and support vendor selection, onboarding, and performance tracking</li><li>Ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery through coordination with logistics and manufacturing partners</li><li>Monitor supply-demand alignment, inventory levels, and order flows</li></ul><p><strong>2. Vendor & Partner Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage relationships with global suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners</li><li>Track vendor performance against KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, service levels)</li><li>Support contract negotiations and ongoing vendor lifecycle management</li><li>Partner with suppliers to mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity</li></ul><p><strong>3. Manufacturing & Quality Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Work with third-party manufacturing partners to support production schedules and quality standards</li><li>Coordinate with Supplier Quality teams to ensure compliance with product and customer requirements</li><li>Support issue resolution related to quality, supply shortages, and production delays</li></ul><p><strong>4. Fulfillment & Logistics</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee order fulfillment, distribution, and transportation activities</li><li>Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery timelines and reduce costs</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure seamless execution</li></ul><p><strong>5. Product & Lifecycle Support</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Product Management and R&D to support new product introductions (NPI)</li><li>Execute sourcing and supply plans aligned with product lifecycle stages (launch, scale, EOL)</li><li>Support demand planning and capacity alignment with key stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>6. Process Improvement & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, supplier standards, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Support ISO and quality compliance initiatives in coordination with relevant teams</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and service levels</li></ul><p><strong>7. Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain professionals (direct + indirect)</li><li>Drive accountability, performance tracking, and continuous development</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably in <strong>telecom, networking, or hardware industries</strong></li><li>Experience managing <strong>vendors, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>end-to-end supply chain processes</strong> (planning, sourcing, fulfillment)</li><li>Exposure to <strong>NPI, product lifecycle management, and supplier coordination</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain tools</strong></li><li>Experience working in <strong>global, cross-functional environments</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PriceSenz is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
