Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive management, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and investment decisions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and operational reviews. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to accounting principles. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis. Support fundraising activities and investor relations through financial data preparation and analysis. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive business performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and financial modeling techniques. Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. CFA or CPA certification is a plus. Experience in a startup or tech environment is preferred.
