Job Overview:
The Lead Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure exceptional customer service and support the General Manager in all retail operations to achieve store excellence.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50/ Hourly
Compensation is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market data alignment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers with pool and spa needs
  • Accurately execute sales with the POS system
  • Maintain an inviting store atmosphere
  • Support merchandising and inventory tasks
  • Responsible for open and closing duties, including handling bank deposits
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completed High School Diploma or in pursuit of such
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Possess 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Capacity to enter the succession program
  • Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
  • Complete mandatory training within two months of hiring
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
