<p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Your focus is simple: Find high quality wellness creators who already have an audience and would benefit from launching a community on Joyna.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a sourcing and outreach role with clear weekly targets, systems in place, and support from founders.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Research and identify wellness creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube</li><li>Filter creators based on niche, values and engagement</li><li>Use scraping and contact tools to gather accurate email addresses</li><li>Maintain clean, structured lists inside Clay, Airtable or similar</li><li>Launch and manage outreach campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, or similar systems</li><li>Run A/B messaging tests to optimise replies and call booking rate</li><li>Track weekly performance metrics and report clearly</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Ideal Creator Profile (your search target):</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>20,000 to 500,000 followers</li><li>Niches: somatic healing, breathwork, emotional wellbeing, feminine embodiment, holistic health, nutrition coaching, mindset coaching, spiritual mentorship</li><li>Active content cadence (posting weekly or more)</li><li>Already selling courses, groups or coaching, or is ready to do so</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You are:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experienced in sourcing influencers or creators</li><li>Strong at scraping, contact extraction, enrichment and data quality</li><li>Comfortable with automation tools such as PhantomBuster, Clay, Apollo, Modash, HypeAuditor</li><li>Analytical and detail-focused with lead list quality</li><li>Confident running cold outreach in a personal, human tone</li><li>Resourceful and able to create solutions rather than wait for instructions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in wellness, coaching or community building</li><li>Experience booking sales calls from outbound systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Success looks like:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>300 to 600 qualified creator leads added monthly</li><li>20 to 40 high quality outreach conversations started weekly</li><li>Consistent weekly call bookings for the founder team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monthly retainer (to be agreed based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based incentives for each successful creator activation</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the outreach team scales</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To apply</strong></p><p>Send a short message with:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>A link to your portfolio & website if you have one</li><li>1-3 campaign(s) you have sourced or run that you are proud of</li><li>The tools you use for sourcing and outreach</li></ol>
