Sales Student Recruiter / Student Recruitment Executive (Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Student Recruiter to promote educational programs and recruit prospective students. The role involves generating leads, counseling students, following up on inquiries, and achieving enrollment targets through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective students through calls, social media, events, and referrals
  • Promote academic programs, courses, and student services
  • Counsel students on program options, admission requirements, and career pathways
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
  • Participate in education fairs, school visits, and marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets
  • Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment activities
  • Prepare recruitment reports and performance updates
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or student recruitment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and education
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
