Sales Executive - Automotive Parts

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Visit existing customers such as workshops, tyre shops, spare parts dealers and related automotive businesses.
  • Develop new customers and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Promote and sell company products, including brake pads, wheel bearings, shock absorbers, wipers, oil filters and other automotive spare parts.
  • Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries and after-sales matters.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Monitor customer payment status and assist in collection follow-up.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor information and customer needs to the company.
  • Plan daily customer visits and update sales activities/reporting as required by the company.
  • Attend sales meetings, product training and company meetings when required.
  • Carry out any other sales-related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but candidates with sales experience will have an advantage.
  • Experience in automotive spare parts, workshop, tyre shop, lubricant, tools or related industries will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel and perform outdoor sales duties.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email and simple reporting tools.
