Sales Account Manager Full Time

Job Title : Sales Account Manager, I/Career Job Location : Austin, TX About the job: Foxconn Interconnect Technology, Inc . (“FIT”) is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join as a valued member of sales team in the Austin office. The candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams in the organization such as PM, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Business Management and will be responsible for promoting “design-ins” in the areas of highspeed cable and connector products. This person is accountable for customer relationship management, problem resolution, escalation handling among the management team and the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Grow the business with focus on Tier-1 Communication customers, and develop strategic business plans and ensure KPIs are being met. Work closely with customer procurement and engineering teams to promote FIT’s connectivity technologies to the defined customer segment. Work collaboratively with Business Units to develop and manage OEMs/ODMs/CMs business opportunities in both NPI/Production phases.

Build and strengthen client relationships and turn into long term business partnership. Travels to overseas manufacturing sites to support prototype builds, product development, production and QA.

Education and Experience: Must have BS/ MS in Engineering or Non-Engineering/ MBA. Knowledge of manufacturing process and interconnect solutions. Proven track record of successfully growing revenue. A minimum of 0-4 years of relevant experience working with communication/data center customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin speaking is a plus. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, both local and international.
