Shift Options: Full-time
  • Wednesday - Saturday (PM)
    • 12:00pm - 10:30pm
  • Sunday - Wednesday (PM)
    • 12:00pm - 10:30pm

If so, Embark at San Martin invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Facility Manager, a vital role providing leadership and guidance to staff in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescents.

Join us at Embark at our Short-term Residential Treatment Program in San Martin, where Behavioral Health Associates offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families.

Serving teen girls and boys (gender fluid) ages 12 – 17, experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation and other mental health issues. Pre-teens and teens reside at our Residential Treatment Center in our comfortable family-style residence, where community and interpersonal relationships are fostered and encouraged.
Responsibilities:
  • Mentor/coach/train our Behavioral Health Associates
  • Minimize risks and maintain resident and staff safety
  • Create and present trainings to behavioral health associates
  • Ensure room searches are completed and documented
  • Maintain attendance record
  • Maintain staffing ratios
  • Ensure JCAHO guideline documentation is timely completed
  • Perform Fire /earthquake drills monthly
  • Develop schedule for staffing monthly
  • Attend treatment meetings weekly/documentation
  • Housekeeping items as needed (dish washing, laundry, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supervisor/Manager role with direct reports
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working in behavioral health.
    • High School Diploma or GED is required
    • 21+ years of age or older
    • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
    • Able to pass criminal investigation background check
    • Current driver's license
    • Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid.
    • Skilled in de-escalating agitated adolescents
  • Preferred
    • One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
