Description
Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors with planogram reset experience for a project in Orange Cove, CA. The position pays $30/hr for approved work, with an estimated 5-10 hours required per store depending on conditions.

The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you'll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout, working in a team of 2 to convert store fixtures, and you will use Survey's app to document your work.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Start date: April 3rd, 2026
  • Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM window.
  • Duration: 5 to 10 hours shift

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy Lifting: Convert main gondolas from 5 to 6 shelves.
  • Demolition: Remove overhangs and "sky" shelving.
  • Merchandising: Set to POG and install shelf strips.
  • Others : Clean & Organize Space, Ladder Use, and Support additional tasks related to store setup and project completion.
  • Reporting: Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP

Requirements (Must Haves):

  • Experience: Previous Reset/POG experience is MANDATORY.
  • Physical: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and manipulate metal fixtures.
  • Tech: Smartphone (iPhone/Android) with Survey Merchandiser App.
  • Dress Code: Business Casual (Polo/Khakis ideal). Closed-toe shoes required. No shorts or tank tops.
