Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Data Entry & Warehouse Scheduling Clerk to join the careerzynith team on a temporary, remote basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring that warehouse appointment schedules are accurate, freight costs are reconciled, and all related data is entered with the utmost precision. The successful candidate will work closely with our transportation, procurement, and finance teams to support inbound freight management for a period of 3‑6 months. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Appointment Management Accurately enter, modify, and cancel warehouse appointments using the careerzynith platform (formerly One Network) and the careerzynith system (formerly High Jump). Freight Cost Auditing Perform detailed audits of inbound freight charges, comparing data from the Transportation Management System (TMS) with information displayed in the careerzynith Buyer Portal. Cost Reconciliation & Editing Identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and execute periodic updates to freight cost entries within the careerzynith Buyer Portal. Data Integrity Assurance Conduct routine quality‑control checks to guarantee that all entered data meets careerzynith’s high standards for accuracy and completeness. Web Application Navigation Efficiently navigate multiple web‑based tools and dashboards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and seamless communication with internal stakeholders. Reporting & Documentation Generate concise reports summarizing appointment changes, audit findings, and cost adjustments for review by senior logistics analysts. Collaboration Work closely with transportation coordinators, procurement specialists, and finance analysts to resolve any data‑related issues promptly. Continuous Improvement Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to the careerzynith data‑entry processes. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Word. Exceptional typing speed (minimum 70 wpm) with a high degree of accuracy.
