They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of complex programs, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful execution of their strategic vision. Responsibilities Program Lifecycle Leadership Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs, from facilitating quarterly planning, to iterative changes, all the way through to successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and incremental feature deliverables Strategic Alignment & Prioritization Partner with Executive Leadership across multiple solutions to prioritize across solutions, managing scope/timeline/capacity trade-offs and reinforcing the prioritization framework when faced with new injections or displacements Dependency & Risk Management Proactively identify, track, and resolve program-level dependencies and technical complexities across teams to ensure seamless delivery while simultaneously mitigating risks and escalating blockers where appropriate Growth Mindset & Process Excellence Active listening through retrospectives, to continuously implement and refine planning, development, and release techniques, ensuring teams maintain high Jira hygiene and utilize engineering metrics to improve team health, efficiency, and delivery quality Operational Accountability Own the "quality of the solution" by trusting and verifying technical estimates, ensuring rigorous testing/validation steps, and making sure every issue identified in syncs has a clear owner and resolution plan Skills 3+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product delivery roles - preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies Proven ability to drive initiatives from conception to commercialization Skilled at guiding various cross functional teams toward decisions without relying solely on formal authority Skilled at facilitating objective go/no-go decisions and scope adjustments based on timing, rationale, and business impact Proven ability to synchronize efforts across multiple disciplines (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.) and hold them accountable to deliverables Ability to anticipate group dynamic issues and prevent conflict before it arises, fostering a collaborative 'one-team' environment A 'forward-looking' mindset that identifies and resolves difficulties before they impact the critical path Ability to distill complex program updates into clear, concise status reports and drive focused, agenda-driven meetings Experience in managing 'loaned/borrowed' developer resources to balance staffing needs with overall team health and project requirements A deep sense of accountability that extends beyond direct areas of responsibility to ensure the final product or service meets the highest quality standards Strong Agile methodology expertise, both at the team and scaled program levels Highly effective communicator who can confidently navigate executive conversations, lead cross-functional alignment, and influence decisions at all levels AI-curious and impact-obsessed You're energized by the possibilities of AI to improve how people work, and you're ready to lead the charge from idea to execution Benefits People Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.
