They are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Programme Manager to manage key customer relationships, develop long-term strategies, and drive customer success and commercial growth. Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of FAIRTIQ's most strategic customer accounts Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, executives and decision-makers Shape the public transport experience of millions of people Develop and execute long-term account and growth strategies Identify commercial opportunities and drive customer retention, growth and satisfaction Act as the strategic bridge between customers and FAIRTIQ's Product, Tech, Operations and Markets teams Bring customer and market insights into strategic and product discussions Represent FAIRTIQ in customer meetings, industry events and conferences Support the growth of the Strategic Accounts function by coaching colleagues, sharing best practices and helping evolve how we work Skills Several years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting, Programme Management, or a comparable customer-facing role Experience in public transport, mobility, SaaS, or consulting within these industries, combined with a strong understanding of their stakeholders, challenges and commercial drivers Proven success managing complex enterprise and/or public-sector partnerships Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving growth and business outcomes Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing colleagues in a formal or informal capacity Experience developing long-term customer strategies and leading strategic initiatives Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills Business-fluent English; additional European languages are a plus, particularly German, French, or Danish Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe Benefits A key role with direct impact on FAIRTIQ's growth, strategy and product evolution.
