Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GlobiFYE is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead B2B sales expansion across the US and UK markets. This role involves driving revenue through personal sales while managing and scaling a remote sales team based in the Philippines. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage B2B clients in the US and UK. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor a remote, Philippines-based sales team while establishing clear accountability standards Track team activities, pipeline progression, and sales metrics using CRM and workforce management platforms Design and continuously improve sales workflows, playbooks, scripts, and KPIs for maximum scalability Provide weekly executive reports on pipeline performance, revenue generation, and team productivity directly to the Founder & CEO Skills Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience 2 years of experience managing remote sales teams Demonstrated history of closing high-value contracts, preferably totaling USD $100,000+ deals Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24) and productivity/tracking tools (Hubstaff, Time Doctor) Willingness to maintain regular schedule overlap with the Philippines team to support leadership and communication (e.g., approximately 900 AM – 600 PM Eastern Time) An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional self-discipline Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills High ethical standards, professional integrity, and accountability Prior experience working with offshore or Philippines-based teams is highly preferred Benefits Equity Participation 0.5% – 1.5% ownership stake.
