[Remote] Senior Implementation Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to manage the entire implementation lifecycle for mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clients • Create and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines • Lead client facing presentations, delivering clear and concise updates on project progress • Collaborate closely with clients to capture and document their requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Integrations, to ensure a smooth implementation process and uphold client satisfaction • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary contact throughout the implementation process • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
