This role involves driving net-new business development, building executive relationships, and selling outcome-based software delivery teams and staffing solutions. Responsibilities Drive net-new business development for software delivery services across target markets and IT contracting Build and grow executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Leaders, and Founders Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Agile software delivery teams Product strategy and design Application modernization Discovery and advisory engagements AI-enabled product development IT contracting Sell outcome-based team structures including Delivery Leads, Product Designers, and Senior Software Engineers Partner with delivery leadership to shape proposals, Statements of Work, and client roadmaps Expand existing client relationships into multi-team and multi-phase engagements Leverage and grow an existing book of client relationships across key markets Maintain an active pipeline Represent P3 + Uplift in local technology ecosystems, leadership events, and client communities Collaborate with recruiting and delivery leaders to align talent strategy with pipeline growth Skills 10+ years in software delivery business development and/or IT staffing experience Proven business development success in software consulting, digital product delivery, software engineering and staffing services Demonstrated success selling dedicated software delivery teams and staffing Strong network of technology executives and decision-makers Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations Ability to lead complex solution sales conversations from discovery through close Strong executive presence with consultative, relationship-first selling skills Experience with modern software engineering delivery models, Agile, XP, TDD, product design, and AI Strategy Ability to travel within assigned markets as needed Staff augmentation sales experience strongly preferred Benefits Uncapped Commission Bonus Company Overview P3+Uplift is a bespoke blend of IT staffing & software delivery teams.
