Responsibilities Translate high-level business goals into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, workflows, and diagrams where necessary Ensure product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans are aligned with the TKO Data & AI Strategy, including adherence to front door intake and governance policies Maintain and evolve the data catalogue for your products, ensuring metadata, lineage, and definitions are accurate, accessible, and up to date Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with departmental and company goals Ensure product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans are aligned with the TKO Data & AI Strategy, including adherence to front door intake and governance policies Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation Explore and assess opportunities to embed AI and emerging technologies into data products, bringing forward innovative use cases and solutions that create measurable business impact Utilise strong technical acumen to dive deeply into data such as running SQL queries, providing basic data modelling, and understanding data technology and architecture to effectively collaborate with engineering teams Use data and metrics to track product portfolio performance, including KPIs, ROI, and value delivery, to inform prioritisation and investment decisions Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with financial objectives Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups, ensuring close collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other cross-functional team members Continuously improve Agile processes within the team and foster a collaborative environment that embraces feedback and adaptation Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring stakeholders and clients are informed of progress, changes, and alignment with broader company goals Act as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the product development process Deliver product updates and roadmap presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting input for future improvements Set stakeholder expectations, proactively addressing any risks or issues to ensure smooth and timely product release Maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides, business rules, data models, and release notes Work closely with data architects and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable technical features Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and assist stakeholders in UAT when required Be accountable for maintaining the data catalogue for your products and ensure it remains up to date Skills 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Proven experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to hands-on execution Excellent knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, including leading ceremonies and backlog management Excellent stakeholder management and proactive communication skills Excellent organizational and forward-planning abilities Experience in crafting clear, actionable user stories and maintaining comprehensive product documentation A natural problem-solver with a curious, analytical mindset Solid understanding of data products, including data science, analytics, reporting, and Big Data technologies Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment Technical fluency to understand and communicate product details with the development team Always maintain complete confidentiality and discretion - all TKO employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement, and any breach of this agreement will result in immediate disciplinary procedures Experience with product management tools like JIRA/TFS Familiarity with data security regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and delivering cloud-based solutions Industry knowledge in sectors such as media, sports, events, and other areas TKO operates in Company Overview TKO Group Holdings, Inc.
