[Remote] Marketing Infrastructure Engineer

Whitecollars is a performance marketing company seeking a Marketing Infrastructure Engineer to own the launch process for new marketing offers. The role involves transforming offers into operational marketing assets by ensuring accurate tracking, maintaining infrastructure, and managing campaign launches to drive profitability and speed to launch. Responsibilities You'll take ownership of the entire technical launch process for new marketing offers This includes gathering and organizing offer setup requirements from affiliate networks and partners, ensuring every required detail is collected accurately and documented properly You'll configure and maintain Meta Pixels and Conversions API integrations, implementing server-side tracking, validating event flows, troubleshooting attribution issues, and ensuring event quality remains high across campaigns You'll build the infrastructure needed to launch successfully, including ad accounts, Business Manager assets, domains, DNS configurations, redirect systems, and tracking environments Using proven campaign frameworks, you'll replicate existing funnels, deploy landing pages, launch initial test campaigns, and verify that every stage of the customer journey functions correctly—from click to conversion You'll serve as the primary owner of RedTrack operations, configuring campaigns, traffic sources, offers, postbacks, and attribution systems while ensuring reporting accuracy You'll also build and deploy landing pages, create Facebook Pages and supporting assets, and maintain thorough documentation so every setup remains organized, auditable, and repeatable Skills Computer Science background, or equivalent hands-on development experience Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and technical administration platforms Experience working directly with RedTrack or comparable tracking platforms such as Voluum or Binom Understanding of campaign attribution, traffic sources, offers, S2S tracking, and postback configurations Hands-on experience implementing Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager, launching and monitoring campaigns Exceptionally organized with the ability to use checklists and verify work Attention to detail to protect performance, budget, and data integrity Additional experience with affiliate marketing, CPA campaigns, affiliate networks, Cloudflare, DNS management, funnel research tools, or managing multiple Business Managers and ad accounts Benefits Full-time, fully remote opportunity with a globally distributed team Direct ownership of critical marketing infrastructure and launch operations Exposure to large-scale performance marketing environments Opportunity to deepen expertise in tracking, attribution, server-side event architecture, and campaign infrastructure A role where technical execution has a direct and measurable business impact Structured collaboration with teams responsible for campaign scaling and growth Clear ownership, responsibility, and visibility across the launch process Company Overview Recruitment and HR made easy, fast, and affordable It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in London, England, GBR, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
