Key Responsibilities Multichannel Support Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering consistent, brand‑aligned messaging. Product Guidance Assist shoppers in selecting the right products, explaining features, and recommending complementary items to enhance satisfaction. Order Management Track order status, provide accurate shipping information, and coordinate returns or exchanges with precision.
