[Remote] IBM FileNet Production Support Analyst

EDZ Systems is seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Production Support Analyst to provide production support, maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement services for enterprise content management solutions. The role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of document management platforms while troubleshooting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Provide production support for IBM FileNet P8, Datacap, and enterprise content management applications Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents related to document management, content capture, workflow, and archival systems Support and maintain FileNet repositories, content services, document workflows, and imaging solutions Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring production issues Support IBM Content Navigator (ICN), IBM Content Collector, and related ECM components Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing activities to ensure operational stability Develop, maintain, and support automation scripts and utilities using Java and Python Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes Work with Oracle databases for troubleshooting, validation, and application support activities Utilize monitoring and reporting tools such as Splunk and Business Objects to support operational reporting and issue resolution Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application development, and business teams to resolve incidents and implement system enhancements Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes Skills Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production support environment Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 (5.1/5.2) Experience supporting IBM Datacap 9.x content capture solutions Strong knowledge of IBM Content Navigator (ICN) Experience with WebSphere Liberty application environments Experience supporting Oracle 11g databases Programming and scripting experience using Java and Python Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools, including Splunk Experience with Business Objects XI reporting solutions Knowledge of IBM Content Collector and enterprise archival solutions Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting enterprise document management, records management, and content lifecycle management solutions Knowledge of workflow management and document imaging technologies Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, government, or other highly regulated industries Understanding of application integration and enterprise architecture concepts Company Overview EDZ Systems is a certified minority- woman-owned small business providing software development and strategic consulting services.
