Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.

  • Help manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet tracking.

  • Coordinate internal communications and distribute HR-related information and announcements.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documents for management review.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely manner.

  • Support payroll administration by gathering necessary information and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR functions.

  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.

Experience
