The Nitty Gritty (Read This First!)

We get it — most job posts go on and on about the company and forget to tell you what actually matters: what you get. So, to save you the scroll, here’s exactly what you can expect when working with SmartaTutoring:

Remote Role – work from home, an office space, or wherever you do your best work

Full Time Hours – (most parents prefer late afternoon/evening calls)

Able to Work From UK Time Zones – calls usually take place weekday evenings after 4pm and any time on weekends

Flexible Structure – as long as you show up to your calls and hit your KPIs (easy for a good closer), you can structure your day however you like — no micromanaging, no one breathing down your neck
Inbound Leads Only – no cold calls, no awkward chasing

Call Length – 30–45 minutes, structured and supported by frameworks

Paid Monthly – no invoice needed, simply log your KPIs and you’ll be paid at the end of every month

Training Provided – proven framework, onboarding support, and 1:1 coaching

Full-Time Role – opportunity for huge earning potential

Start Date – July/early August for training (role commences mid to end of August)

Seasonal – Our high season is August - April (outside of these months you can choose to take a holiday or cut down your hours)

✅ Who This Is For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You’ve got real sales experience, but know you’ve still got more potential to unlock

  • You’re hungry to improve — open to feedback, coaching, and levelling up your closing skills

  • You take initiative — you don’t just follow scripts, you test, tweak, and find what works

  • You’re obsessed with chasing the win — whether that’s faster closes, higher cash collected, or more deals per week

  • You’re confident on Zoom/phone, and love having real conversations that lead to action

  • You see sales as a craft — and want to master it over time, not just go through the motions

  • You love autonomy — but want to be surrounded by a high-performance team that pushes you forward

  • You can work weekday evenings/weekends to fit around parents’ schedules

🚫 Who This Is NOT For

This probably isn’t for you if:

  • You’re looking for a cold calling role or high-pressure selling

  • You freeze up on Zoom or hate talking to new people

  • You need to be micromanaged to stay on track

  • You’re uncomfortable talking to parents about their child’s struggles

  • You want a quick cash-grab — we’re here for the long haul

  • You don’t like learning, growing, or being coached

  • You’re a technophobe — Zoom, CRMs, Slack? You’ll need to use them

💷 Let’s Talk Money

This role is designed for people who love making money and making a difference.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Base Pay: £1,500/mo (provided from month 2/3 dependent on minimum KPIs being hit)
  • Commission: £35 - £850 per enrollment (the more cash you collect up front the more commission you get!)
  • Uncapped: The more you close, the more cash you collect up front, the more you earn — simple.

Example:

Handle 4–8 calls/day → Close ~85 families/month = £3,000–£7,000+/month (OTE)

And we’re growing. That number? It’ll only go up.

🎓 About Us:

SmartaTutoring exists to give students the confidence, clarity, and academic edge they need to succeed — and to give parents peace of mind.

We specialise in turning things around fast, helping students improve by 2–4 grades in core GCSE subjects like Maths, Science, and English.

Our approach? High standards, expert support, and crystal-clear communication.

We don’t do “just enough.” We aim for excellence in every session — with a team that shows up prepared, delivers real results, and earns trust through total transparency.

Because when you combine expert teaching with structure, clarity, and belief in what’s possible… students thrive. And families feel it.

And our testimonials speak for themselves.

That’s why now, we’re scaling. Rapidly.
Leads are flowing in. Interest is high. And we’re expanding our internal sales team.

🔥 We’ve Got the Leads.

We’ve Got the Program.
We Just Need a Closer.

We’re building a high-performing, heart-led team of closers to take discovery calls with interested parents. These are not cold leads — they’ve seen the program, interacted with our content, and want help.

You’ll guide them through their decision, answer their questions, and help them take the next step to transform their child’s future.

This is a consultative sales role — not pressure sales. The program sells itself when presented clearly.

🧡 Reasons Why Working With Us Feels Good

  1. You’ll help kids succeed — and parents sleep at night

  2. Warm leads only — no cold calling ever

  3. Remote role — work wherever works for you

  4. Monthly pay + performance bonuses

  5. Scripts, templates, and full training provided

  6. Real growth potential — this is just the beginning

  7. The fulfillment? 10/10. Parents cry happy tears.

💭 Is This the Greatest Remote Sales Role in the UK?

If you’re tired of pushing offers that don’t really help anyone…
And you want to sell something real, to people who actually want it…
And you want to work from home with flexibility, support, and great pay...

🧠 Why This Role Is a Cheat Code

  • Leads are inbound and already qualified

  • Marketing is fully dialed — we’ve got a steady pipeline

  • Parents are motivated to help their children

  • The offer is proven, affordable, and guaranteed

  • We’ve got testimonials, results, and a support team ready to help

This isn’t about high-pressure selling. It’s about clear, calm conversations that lead to change.
