The Role: What you will do?

At Vita Health Group our mission is “making people better”, and we are looking to recruit experienced counsellors to achieve that mission.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of qualified counsellors providing immediate counselling support to our helpline callers (not sessional counselling). Our counsellors work remotely from home, but never alone, and we can provide flexible working arrangements over a variety of shifts, clinical supervision, and training and CPD opportunities.

The induction is a full four weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and is delivered remotely. Assessment is ongoing throughout the training by quizzes and role plays and full attendance is compulsory. In the final week of training, you will need to pass six helpline calls in order to progress into your role as a helpline counsellor. Once you have completed and passed your training, you will spend two weeks on the helpline during the day, before starting your night shift pattern.

If you have the listening, empathy and communication skills we need in our counsellors, get in touch today to apply.
