[Remote] Field Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a highly organized and energetic Field Marketing Specialist to support the Senior Experiential Field Marketing Manager, focusing on planning, coordinating, and executing hyperlocal marketing activities within assigned territories. Responsibilities Your primary function is to provide direct, hands-on support to the Senior Field Marketing Manager in all aspects of their duties Assist the Senior Manager in all aspects of event planning and execution, from dealer open houses and community initiatives to trade shows Serve as the key on-site support contact for localized events, managing setup, teardown, and on-site logistics as directed Help manage all event logistics coordinate with vendors, ship marketing collateral, order promotional items (swag), and ensure all materials arrive on time Support the execution of hyperlocal activities designed to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads Assist the Senior Manager by creating and preparing engaging presentations for weekly sales team calls, highlighting marketing activities and resources Act as a key support contact for the regional sales team, fielding requests and escalating to the Senior Manager as needed Help the Senior Manager ensure dealer partners and sales teams are aware of and equipped to support local marketing campaigns Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager, including managing communications and acting as a liaison between teams Schedule and coordinate calls with vendors, agencies, and internal teams on behalf of the Senior Manager Help manage creative assets, ensuring regional partners have the correct, on-brand materials Assist in tracking vendor invoices and monitoring the regional marketing budget Manage lead capture from events, ensuring all data is properly entered into the CRM for sales team follow-up Assist the Senior Manager by acting as the 'eyes and ears' within the territory Actively scout and identify new local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities to report back to the Senior Manager Provide regular feedback to the Senior Manager on local market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities Skills 2-3 years of experience in a support role, such as a marketing specialist, coordinator, brand manager and marketing assistant Experience in marketing or events is a requirement Proven ability to create and edit clear and professional presentations (high proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides is a must) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate professionally on behalf of the Senior Manager Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software (e.g., CRM systems) Must have a valid driver's license Company Overview MAD believes in building future-forward solutions and ideas that prepare our partners for a new digital economy.
