Key Responsibilities Accurately input data from a continuous stream of scanned images, PDFs, and electronic documents into careerzynith’s proprietary data management system. Identify, classify, and tag various document types (e.g., claims, lab results, patient intake forms) based on detailed guidelines provided by the team. Perform rigorous quality checks on entered data to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations such as HIPAA. Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) and adhere to data‑security protocols at all times.
